2025 Bluetongue Impact Survey now live

Following on from the first BTV-3 impact survey which ran last year via Rachael Tarlinton at University of Nottingham, the 2025 version – which includes further vaccination questions – is now live.

We again need your help in reaching out to all farmers to ask them to complete this anonymous survey to help achieve a clearer understanding of how BTV-3 has impacted their livestock this year – regardless of whether they had confirmed cases of disease in their herds or flocks. As before, this insight will help industry better assess the ongoing effects of this disease and support the ruminant sector in managing its impact.

As before – if they share their email – they can expect to receive the results once compiled. The survey is set to close at the end of December 2025.
